Do you have to complet the pokedex to go to full moon island?

and how do you go to stark monutain? PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION

to get to stark mountain you need to go the survival area then you will meet buck then and your rival then you go until you are inside the cave . when you will reach part of the cave you will join with buck to get the magma stone to awaken heatran.

when you get the stone buck will run off with it and then you get out the cave and go back to the survival area the go to one of the houses . you will then see buck and you take back the stone. you go back to stark mountain and in the cave where you found the stone is where you will know find.

and yes you do have to have the national fex to geto full moon island.

what u do is nothing to do with cheats

1 get national dex

2 go to canalave city

3 talk to the boy lying in bed  he sais somting about darkrai

4 talk to the captin of the boat ps he is the driver

5 he askes if u want to go to full moon island u say yes

den go into the Forest there will be a legendary pokemon

but u dont have to save because he flies like mespirt

and pick up the luner wing and talk to the boy in the bead and dats it

You go to stark mountain by getting the national dex. you have to see all the pokemon. then the two people blocking your way in survival area or fight area (idk) will move. then you can go through to resort area. while going there, there is a way to get to stark mountain. i think to get to full moon island you need to beat the elite four, but im not sure.

no u don't need to finish you're pokedez u need to do this though after you have completed the elite four go to canalave city. go into the sailors house and the little boy is having bad dreams then go and talk to the sailor and he will take you to full moon island. if you want to carry on with the sidequest you talk to the ledendary Cresselia which drops an item which you give to the boy and then it runs away but you can catch it later like mesprit. and see this other guys question becasue i forgot a long time ago
