I was just reading up on some stuff for a friend and say he married a immigrant, is there a law that they have to consummate the marriage?

If they do have to, how does the governmet exactly check to see they did consummate the marriage?

Thank you

  1. when you apply for citizenship because you marry a citizen the government will check to make sure that you are in love and you are married for love and not just for citizenship, they will interview both of you and ask very personal questions, like when did you first meet, where was your first date, what side of the bed do you sleep on, how often do you have s*x, does your partner have any tatoos or birthmarks, what is there faavorite food, and stuff like that so they can determine wether you are marrying for love or just for a visa.
