Do you have to dress up for an interview at fry's ???

Always dress for the job you want and that's not necessarily the one you're interviewing for. Even if you're interviewing for a job as a street sweeper, it doesn't hurt to let them know you have much higher goals and dressing well shows that. You dress well for an interview as a show of respect to the person doing the interview.

you do not have to wear a suit but insure you are clean - hair neat and wear casual clothes -- no cut offs or flip flops!!!

First impressions are very important for an interview.  Even if you don't need to dress up if you get the job, I suggest you dress up as you attempt to get the job.  You are marketing yourself to the company.  Looking your best is always a good strategy.
