Do you have to file your 2007 STATE taxes in order to receive the stimulus check?

I filed my Federal taxes and received my refund but my state taxes came back to me (because i filed on the wrong form) ... i just sent my state taxes again after correcting the problem ... will i still receive a stimulus check?

  1. The state has nothing to do with federal.  If you are eligible for a stimulus check you should receive it

  3. The stimulus is from the Federal government.  Your state taxes don't have anything to do with it.

    And how much you get is determined by their formula.  You can look up online what if any you will receive.
