Do green card holders have to fill out AR-11 every time they change address even if they don't have a case pending?

    Change of Address

    Purpose of Form :

    To report the change of address of an alien in the United States. If you are subject to Special Registration, see Form AR-11 Special Registration.

    Number of Pages :

    Edition Date :

    01/20/06. Previous editions accepted. NOTE: when using older versions, be sure to use addresses below or on the current AR-11.

    Where to File :

    The completed form should be mailed to:

    U.S Department of Homeland Security

    U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

    Change of Address

    PO Box 7134

    London, KY 40742-7134

    so, yes you must report a change of address,

  2. Yes, you must report any change of address to USCIS if you are a permanent resident, even if you do not have a case pending. That must be done within 10 days of your move.
