Do you have to fill out the back of a lottery ticket when cashing only small prize?

prize of $24. Do i have to fill the back of the ticket? including SSN? this is NOT scratcher but the real lottery ticket.

  1. In MA, you only need to fill out the back if it is over $500.  But proabably different in all states


  2. no its only for higher prizes like 500 and up.
