  1. Normally, the school provides buses for all players, varsity and JV. But at some schools (like my high school), rides should be provided as well UNLESS the other team doesn't have enough JV players for your team to play, which in that case would most likely exempt you from going to that match (or you might have to  go to that match and sit on the bench doing nothing but cheering for your teammates or doing hw).

  2. Depends on the district.  We had a varsity team and two JV teams.  All of them took buses to away matches.  And all the teams that traveled to us had some sort of school transportation.  So, it is most likely that you will get to.  And if the varsity team gets a bus, there's no reason the JV team wouldn't.

The exception to this would be schools that are struggling financially.  There's a few districts that have had to make huge budget cuts.  In order to keep the athletics around, students have to pay some $500 or more per season just to participate.  And to save more money, the school does not provide transportation to matches.  It's a pretty unfortunate situation.  But if your school system is healthy, you shouldn't have to worry about that.

  3. The school should provide bus transportation. But i guess it depends on your school. Good luck on your team

  4. My school district makes us ride on a bus or my coach will get a van from the district. You will probably need a ride to practices if the courts aren't close to your school.
