If I state on my listing that there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges; do I have to still give refunds, returns, or exchanges? I also say do not bid if they do not agree.

  1. By bidding on a listing, the buyer is agreeing to the terms stated in the listing.  Your request not to bid if they do not agree is redundant.  If you misrepresent the item in the listing, that creates certain rights, but nothing I see in this question suggests that applies here.  If you are selling as an individual, not a business, it should be EXPECTED that there are no refunds or exchanges, but it can't hurt to specifically say so.

  2. NO... it was in the terms and agreements of the sale. If you put no refunds, returns or exchanges... you do not have to give returns, refunds or exchanges... Just another case of people not reading the terms before buying...

    Best of luck

  3. i would throw a shoe at that crazy man.

  4. "Buyer's remorse" often happens after people buy things and then other people tell them how stupid they were to do so.  Fortunately the law protects you against such.  There is no law that a traditional retailer must issue a refund if a consumer changes their mind about a purchase.  The only buyer's remorse laws out there apply to high pressure door to door sales tactics, wherein the consumer has 3 days to change his/her mind.  So don't worry, you don't have to give refunds, returns, or exchanges.
