No sir, you do not need college to be a sniper..You do however need to be an 0300 infantry Marine and you need to meet many other qualifications to become a sniper..

You can not choose the sniper MOS off the bat, you first must be in the USMC before you can apply to the sniper MOS.

The only thing that requires college is to be an officer.  Sniper is not an officers job.

I imagine you probably need to qualify, and then you probably need advanced training through the corps.
