Do you have to have a VIP pass to meet the bands on Rockstar Mayhem Fest? HELP?

I'm going to the Rockstar Mayhem festival on August 1st, & I know this has probably been answered before somewhere, but all I wanna know is--

do you have to have a VIP pass to meet any of the bands??

Actually I don't think so because while they're performing they say if you wanna chat or something with them that they are going to be at, blah blah blah, at blah blah blah time, and yeah, lol so no i don't think you need a VIP pass. It's almost here, lol it's gonna be awesome man have fun! :]
