  1. You have to be an adult. Sometimes you have to be employed by the school district in another position. Further, some places expect coaches to have a certain level of training. Check with the schools are you are interested in to find out what they require.

  2. Nope, just some experience and knowledge. It's possible to be a high school coach as your job to make money to pay for college.

  3. Nope just some experience like being a cheerleader at one point or you still are and knowing some cpr and gymnastics. some high schools may ask for a criminal check or for your records but its not a big deal. some places may still accept you if you have one but its best to have a clean record.

cpr is just a plus to have it looks good for anything lol its so weird but very important people are always choking. first aid might be really cool and some places might even think a baby sitting course is cool but what really matters is your skill and or knowledge in the area. Since you are interested you most likely are skilled and or very smart in this area.

  4. In some districts you  must be an employee of the school, that does not mean you must be a teacher with a degree.

So, you would not have to have a college degree to work as a cheer coach.
