Do you have to have a legal consultant?

I was wondering if in order to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy if I had to have a Legal Consultant? Or if I can just pay the fee and file? Does someone have any insight to this. Please let me know.

  1. It's best to have a lawyer.  It's complicated and it's a bad idea to s***w it up.
