Do you have to have a parent with you to have an abortion?

I'm not pregnant! I'm just asking the question out of curiosity.

If you are under 16 and you live in England, do you need to have a parent with you, or sign any consent forms?

If you're under 16 you need an adult with you then when you're over 16 then I think you can get an abortion on your own. I think you'd have to sign forms in case anything went wrong so theres a record that you had an abortion at the place and when and stuff. I think you'd need consent form signing from you're parents so people don't use abortion as birth control or get abortions so their parents don't find out that they were pregnant. I'm not fully sure, I'm in UK.

idk. but do not get an  abortion you can put the baby up 4 adoption, you can rise it youself.it is NOT your life but you whould be killing a baby. do you want that if you are pregnant? i hope not.

In England, you can get an abortion at 13 and your parent won't be notified.

In America, it depends on the state.

It's easier for a fetus to get aborted if it brings it's parent with it to the clinic. It's difficult to abort the fetus without the parent there.

I live in England and in England you don't need anyone with you.

People can also have it don't without parental consent but they do have to be seen by 2 doctors and in some cases have to go through counseling and stuff before it is okay for them to have an abortion.
