  1. yes

  2. Not if you drive, walk or bicycle

  3. Not yet - But you need to have one starting in January.  So depending on when your trip is you may want to get going on that.  Right now a birth certificate will do.  Your best bet however would be to check with the cruise, airline, or whatever transportation you may be using, because the last thing you want is to be stuck and deal with all the stress of paperwork, etc.

  4. If you plan to fly, you need a passport. If you have applied recently, you can download your proof of application from the internet and show that at the airport and when you enter Mexico. This is a temporary courtesy and will end September 30, 2007.

If you are driving, you will not need one until January 2008. Just bring your drivers license and b. certificate.

  5. Only if you are flying into Mexico then yes. If you are driving or walking over then no. Just make sure you have an ID so youo can get back into the US.

  6. I think you do...contact your airline to make sure.

  7. Uh, YEAH!  Unless you're already IN Mexico, it IS a foreign country and a passport IS required.

  8. yes, and don't get into too much trouble to the point of going jail, because  you would not know when you'll get out.

  9. yes cause of  it another contry

  10. not to get in but deffinatly to get back

  11. That new law comes to effect in 2008, but I suggest you get your passport now because the price for it keeps going up.
