No. But some states are requiring for girls entering 6th grade to get the HPV vaccine which is such a joke. If people made good choices instead of sleeping around (as children, no less), then they wouldn't have to worry about getting STD's. The vaccine does NOT prevent cervical cancer. It reduces your risk for getting certain kinds of cervical cancer that are a product of HPV....

Other than that, you don't need a pelvic exam until you're 18 or having s*x and at that, it isn't "required", just suggested.
