  1. In Ky yes you do. Then after you take your written test(to get ur permit) you wait 6 months to get ur license, and u have to have 120 hrs of driving(it doesnt matter if it takes u 3 months to drive 120 hrs,you still have to wait 6 months!) If u dont have your 120 hrs in by 6 months you have to wait till you do(if it takes u 8 months to get in the 120 hrs then you have to wait!) Hope i could help!!

  2. yes you do you have to have so many hours driving with a person 18 or

    older and a writing test

  3. Yes. You must get your permit then wait I think it's nine months before you can receive your license. If you are already 18, then you don't have to.

That's how it is in Virginia.

  4. in u.s 15 1/2 -18 u much as a permit pay for driver school after so many hours u take test and u pass boom u have linces

at 18 you can just take the tv and just pay the  driving test fee

  5. Yes you do. At least in California, may vary state to state.

But here you don't need a permit if your 18. So I dunno.

  6. Regardless of age, in most states you have to have a permit first so you can practice before taking your driving test.

Definitely you need one at 16.

  7. depends on where you live, look up your local DMV. where im from (tennessee), you have to have had a permit for 6 months before you can take a drivers license test. but if youre 18 or older, you can go directly to a drivers license test.
