Also any tips on how to get more height on my standing tuck?

No, you don't. I think doing it from a round off is easier, but that's because my handsprings stink. It's not proper form though, you should do it from a handspring. I just feel in more control when I'm doing it from a round off. To get more height swing your arms up as fast as you can and do not start to rotate until your arms are by your ears. Also, try to jump as as high as you can. This will take it up. Squeeze everything.
