Do you have to have an online account to play COD4 PC? If you do how do you register? Do you have to register online? How would you sign in on the game?

  1. well the answer to all your questions is no.....you create a profile with all your stats/savedgames etc. this will be titled your name, then go to options>multiplayer options and type what you want your online nickname to be (mine is Gaz_12)

    i am assuming you dont own the game :-D
