Do you have to have pay pall on ebay to sell stuff or buy stuff?

can place a bid without pay pall if yes how do you pay?when they diliver?when you pic up? please help

with your credit card.... didn't you try it? just check it out and it will explain

The thing is... different sellers accept different payment methods. So, you would have to buy from someone who accepts money orders, etc....  

Also, FYI - Ebay is making changes where they will not accept money orders anymore after October of 2008.  So, it will probably benefit you more to go ahead and get a Paypal account.
