  1. It sounds as if you are a bit confused about the luggage regulations.

The one-quart ziplock plastic bag is just for liquids, gels and creams.

You can put all your things in your checked baggage.  Yes, your hand luggage can just be for your documents, camera, and phones.  It's always a good idea to carry your expensive items with you.

I would put the chargers in the checked baggage, since you won't be able to use them on the plane.

  2. All cosmetics/toiletries and liquids (maximum 100ml) must be in a plastic bag.

Better to put chargers in luggage for the hold.

  3. Yes, you can put your liquids in your checked baggage. If you are putting all your liquids in your checked in bag, I would advise you to put them in some type of plastic bag, container, etc so if they spill they will not get all over everything... Also wrap them in a shirt or something..If it spills , you can always wash your shirt.  Be sure to tape the lids closed for extra security.

If you are bring any liquids in your carry-on bag  .. you must follow the TSA  rules

Yes, I would advise you to carry your charger in your carry -on bag along with your important document, phone, camera, etc.  It is best to keep it all together.  If you need to recharge your phone at the airport, the charger will be handy. There are places where to charge ipods, phones, laptop batteries etc at the airports. Ask someone where to find the area. There is usually an area near your gate.

Have use the recharging area a few times to recharge my phone and ipod.

  4. Only one piece of hand luggage is allowed, anything else has to be checked in at a cost usually. No liquids over 100mls is allowed in hand luggage and they go into plastic bags at the airport. I have carried a charger in hand luggage and there was no problem as long as you put it into the tray at the security check in, otherwise they will make you take everything out of your bag...good luck, its a bit of a mine field...

  5. Liquids. hand creams etc in plastic bag. Camera in hand luggage together with phones and documents - charges in main suitcase mainly because the leads get all tangled and get on my nerves if i want to get something , i also put tshirts and light trousers etc in hand luggage.

  6. you only need a plastic quart size bag for liquids that is in your carry on bag.

Best way to travel: one rolling bag that you carry on (but could potentially check if you have to) and one large purse or tote or computer bag or backpack.

I would put all the things that are not valuable in the large carry on luggage.  Put all valuables in the small carry on bag including travel documents, phones, camera, wallet, keys, laptop anything you do not want to lose.  Also whatever you will need on the plane like medicines, snacks, ipods, books should be in the small bag.  If it is a cellphone charger, keep it in the bag you will never check because if they misplace your checked bag, you will still be able to charge your phone.

Although you want to carry on the larger luggage, there is a possibility you might have to gate check your bag due to lack of space etc... so pack knowing that bag may be checked.

Put all liquids in the quart size baggy but liquids must be max 100ml or 4oz.  Put the liquids bag in a easy access spot so that you can take it out and show security. If you have larger liquids you might want to buy it at your destination if it is easy to get or you just have to check a bag and place large liquid containers there.

    hope this helps...bon  voyage!
