No, you can cross over in any other border as long as you have your permit :)

Nope.....If your documentation is proper, you can enter and exit at any crossing.

NO. You can leave from wherever you want as long as you return the permit, (if you got one) where you got it from. They do ask you where you came from and why you were there, depends on the guy that checks you, but the dont really care.

No because they dont even really care when you go into Mexico, its coming out that you get looked at!
