I am mailing my amended 03 and 04 kansas tax forms. Can I combine them in one envelope, or do I have to mail each separately?

  1. You may put both forms in one envelope. Just make sure that all the forms for one year are stapled together.

  2. You could combine them.  There is no rule that you can't.  Unfortunately, the state will probably s***w them up if you mail them together.

I always tell clients to mail each year on its own.  Better to be safe than sorry.

  3. Mail each year separately.  Otherwise it's very possible they'll get stapled together on the other end, and it could delay processing.
