  1. No, actually, I think the majority of people on college radio stations aren't communications majors. I knew a bunch of engineering and business majors who were on the college station. You just have to be early enough to get a good time slot.


  2. not at all just go to your collge station and speak to who is in charge of programming, express your interest and you will go from there.

    at my college all I had to do was take a guidlines test and pass it to prove that i knew all the rules and regulations. Then I had to audition my show. That was it. then i got my show and ive been doing it for the past year and a half. I recently started a second show.

  3. Not at my school. But it helps because they have designated slots devoted to those in the classes.  

    Every school is probably different.  My campus radio acts more as a public radio - you don't even need to be a student to get on it (which is kind of lame).
