  1. Yes.. The merger hasn't been finalized yet.


  2. yep. If you just want to listen over the internet it's $13/month. I didn't see what the standard monthly fee is. I know XM used to be $10/month, but I'm sure both have raised their rates since the FCC just approved the merger between XM and Sirius, so now they have a Satellite radio monopoly.
