  1. drive shafts are spin balanced and should be marked and replaced the same as they came off.


  2. You probably should do it that way,but its not critical.

  3. Marking the drive shaft is a personal preference some mechanics will say that it is necessary and others fell that you should be able to just install the shaft with out worrying about it. You can always think in the way that when the vehicle was built the drive shaft was probably shipped to the building sight and just installed.
