Do you have to pay a body shop if you're unhappy with the work?

Question

The insurance sent them a check in my name and theirs for 13,000 for work and its already been 4 weeks! They say there only half way done! Can I do anything? I want my car fixed and back! I'm making payments on a car I already haven't had for a month. Appreciate any suggestions! Ps. Please don't say I should have investigated the body shop 1st. I was told they were great! And they just blame it on the insurance company as to why its taking so long!

You should contact your insurance company. They support to be an expert.

You should also contact BBB and file a claim. http://welcome.bbb.org/

well either u had a horrible wreck or something or their jus being really really lazy. u need to go there and talk to them about it and tell them u reallly need them to hurry on it bc u do have places to go in it and tell them if they dnt hurry up with it them u will cut the price down on the work
