in michigan or anywhere it doesnt matter where i just need to know if you fail it do you have to pay?

  1. Yes, you do.

    Although I wouldn't worry too much. I took the test about a year ago and it's really easy.  


  2. You pay long before you take the test, and if you fail you don't get a refund, if that's what you're asking.
