Do you have to pay for internet on i-touch or no?

i found one on e-bay and i will not buy it if you have to pay for it i only want to know if you have one or someone in your family has one please help by sunday august 24

no. u can pick up someone elses signal.

it uses wireless internet so it can connect to your wireless interent at home or anywhere else.  you don't have to pay for it, only need a wireless connection somewhere.
