Do you have to pay on ebay to be a member, but just to buy stuff?

I wanted to get a present for my cousin it a nail polish stamping thing on ebay it 9 dollars,but i'm not a member. So do i register to buy something on ebay and do i have to pay to be a member? Please hurry i'm going 2 try 2 buy it today because it's date/time expires in 2 days. Thank you.

  1. Nope. Signing up on ebay is totally free for the buyers.  Sellers pay to list items, and when their item sells.  But you sign up for free, and have the opportunity to shop and find great deals!
