I just wondered because i have just placed a bet and did not see a option to pay the tax before the race?

I have not used my account for a while and it used to be .co.uk now it is .com and i noticed that it states due to new betting laws the 'base' of online betting is either Gibraltar or Madrid and these places well at least Gib is tax free, so do i pay the tax?
