go to voice.yahoo.com and click on calling /out!!! just buy 10 dollars worth of credits...it will last you a long time....! but if you calls PC to PC its free....

If the people you are calling are on IM voice too, then there is no cost to call PC-to-PC voice.  But if you call from your IM voice to a landline (PC-to-Phone), then you will be charged for the call.  But to do this you must have already subscribed to a call-out service and pre-paid for the minutes.

Most IM with voice services have these options. (Yahoo Voice, Google Talk, MSN Messenger/Windows Live Messenger, Gizmo Project, Skype, etc.)
