  1. No.  A darkenned room will do.


  2. You just look the other person in the eyes all the time so neither of you can see the board till the doodad stops movin.

  3. The board can be used any time of the day,the Ouija board is not a toy

    I hope you know what your doing,some people have had bad experiences using.
