  1. No you do not. As long as they are mostly covered with the brine.

    The flavor is actually better at room temp than cold from the fridge.

    Try 1 both ways as a taste test.


  2. You don't have to, the brine keeps the eggs edible.  They will just get rubbery as they age.  Hotels keep them on the bar for weeks at a time.

  3. i always do, but i have seen them in bars on the counter top in a scary looking jar not refrigerated. (its a PA Dutch thing)

    i would say yes.
