  1. If it is your only income, you have to report it if you make over $400 for the year.

    If you are already over the filing requirement due to other income, any additional income must be reported.


  2. Legally, if you make over $400 all year from those activities, yes you do.

  3. The other post are correct........but....did you give out your social sec.number or are you just "helping out"

  4. if you made more than $400 you must file a tax return.  It may be true that you do not owe any income tax but you may owe Social Security and Medicare tax.
