It depends in what sense your referring, viruses which are not alive, but they multiply, if you consider that reproducing than no.

Could you give some context to your question?   It seems obvious that a living creature does not have to reproduce.

You don't have to actually reproduce to be alive, you have to be able to reproduce amongst various other things required in order for something to be considered alive.
