Do you have to retake your drivers license test to get your motorcycle permit?

I read in the motorcycle handbook that you have to, "Pass a test(s) on traffic laws and signs for the class of license you now have unless you have taken the test(s) within the prior

twelve months." So does this mean that I have to take the written test that I took to get my permit again?" Im 19 so I took my written test 3 years ago.

nope you take a whole new test but dont worry its not that hard
