Do you have to set photo's at 360 as public and share?

Before you can change it at Q&A to your 360 picture or doesn't it matter

You need to have your photo set to public to add it to your answers profile.

Yahoo is having trouble in this now. But if you put your photo on the answers profile ,you may need to wait a few days for it to show up.

This will make you have a blank picture until it shows up

Yahoo is going into transition getting the new network ready and some things are taking longer to appear. Because the system is running a little slow.
