No, closest thing to that is getting a penicillin shot in your ***. Trust me, you'll wish you spread em instead of the shot in your ***.

You will need to drop them, spread and cough at MEPs, I don't think you need to do this at Basic Training, but talk to your recruiter, don't be shy to ask.
