  1. Yeah you can, but you have to get an emancipation through the court.

  2. I think sometimes you can be 17 if you graduated high school.

  3. i totally wish ! im 17 and i wanna move out ... i have heard that you need a good reason and take it to court but ya it will take a while to get permisson.

  4. Most places you cannot move out unless you file for emancipation and the court accepts it. That could take until you are 18 just to do that. If you leave without your parents permission, they could call you in as a runaway and you will get taken to juvie.

  5. depends on where you live. In Texas I think it is like 17 and i don't know about anywhere else.

  6. I believe you can move out at the age of 16 or 17 (legally), but you are legally bound to your parents until the age of 18. I think. (But both my parents are lawyers, if that helps).

  7. I don't know the kind of situation that your in but my sister had a baby at fifteen, got married at 16 and then moved in with her boyfriend who is 18. I think that you might have to be married to a legal adult to actually be moved out. I'm not sure though. It also varies by state.

  8. yes you can

  9. You can leave before 18 with their concent.

I forgot what it's called though.
