Do you have to where uniform at Barton elementary in Minneapolis Mn?

i'm thinking about sending my child there i dunno why she wants to move to public school! she is already goin to risen christ pirvate school but you have to wear uniform there and she was crying when she new she had to wear uniform and i hate to see her cry

Your best bet, due to changing policies at so many schools, is to just call them or the school district and find out.

FYI, a lot of kids hate parochial schools.  They are often very rigid and it is not a fit for all kids.

You should move to Britain. Every school bar some in London basically have uniforms, and they only don't because alot of the kids are too poor/ rough to get them. I have three kids, uniforms for all of them. It's actually much easier though more expensive because they just know what they're going to wear, and the poorer children in comprehensive schools don't feel pressured to have designer stuff etc.

Don't move her because she's crying because she's wearing a uniform. Does she have friends there? Talk to her about that, because it seems like the only reason for moving your child is uniform, and that shouldn't be something affecting her education.
