I'm afraid your on you own now!! unless you go to  the MJ forum and ask for help!!

There are many little tricks you will learn using the MJ....!

try using a different USB ports....also change your phones....try corded phone or use a DECT 6.0!

try setting up a different user account, like a MagicJack account with limited privileges..etc. sometimes a USB hub works even better with the MJ....even they told you not to do it that way!!

you will have lots of problems with the MJ if you use MusicMatch Jukebox on your computer, you have to uninstall it! iPot and quicktime is ok

I wonder if they sold you a reject MJ???

If you want to chat they are happy to help you. no calls...

If you having a trouble unplug your MJ for 20 minutes then plug again onto different USB port.  Change Phone to 5.8

I change my Phone to Uniden  5.8 it has all of it cost me $39.99 at Walmart.

It also depend on your connection.

We have LAN , i encounter a little problem but that is all i do.

A Plus any back ground a must exit. can not do better connection if you do a "U Tube" then calling to someone the connection would Cut off or having a static back ground.
