Yes -- since I cannot support either the Democrats or the Republicans -- and since there is no chance of any candidate other than one of those two being elected at anything other than the very local level -- I don't get involved in national politics.

And since I move around so often -- I don't get involved in local politics.

Apathy isn't the problem.  I've quit voting, because the choice between Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum isn't worth bothering deciding.  I voted in every election, starting in 72.  National, state, or local.  It never seemed to matter, they ALL lied, and did as they please, regardless of what they promised during campaigns.  It's isn't apathy, it's simply giving up.
