coworkers @ ur work with bitchy character...? means they think they are the boss around and give themselves the authority to comment on everything and everyone! oh seems i will commit a murder now and kill this girl!

Well, you could try mng's  suggestions then if they don't work go & scratch her eyes out ! lol

As for Webby & her working for herself....a couple of thoughts !  Firstly ask her what the pay is like & also why she can never agree with herself on anything !

-Don't take things personally

-Show affinity

-Acknowledge feelings

-Find somehting in them to admire

-Demand respect

-Give respect

-Show that u like the bully (if that is possible)

-Put the bully in good light

LOL.....I know what you are talking about.

Start doing the same with them and to them. they will be surprised that someone  is able to find that "their perfection" is unperfect.

After a time ....if it doesnt become a war,they will stop doing it bcoz will realize that your character is as much strong as to face them.

if that doesnt give results...then think seriously about to kill her....LOOOOOOOOOOL
