I did left and it hurt like c**p ! I took it out after 2 years of pain and it has left a black spot . It now been 4 yrs. Black spot still there.

yes I have had my left ear done as well as my nose.  It hurts for a second as you get it done but I found that the healing process with my ear was much worse then my nose.  I could lay on my ear for months and it hurt when I used that ear when using the phone

My guy friend and girlfriend both got theirs done. My guy friend hurt him because a non-professional (aka another friend) did it for him. My girlfriend got it done at Claire's or Icing (forgot which one)...and I watched her while it got done!!! Both of them got it done on their right ear...Just make sure when you get it done (professionally of course)..you tell the person to do it at the exact spot. They may not get it perfectly...but most likely they will! My friend (the girl) said it didn't hurt one bit. So I think you have nothing to worry about. Good luck tell me how it goes!

I have both dides and it didnt hurt any more then a lobe piercing...

My sister got it pierced and she said that it didn't hurt at all except for a second when they pierced it. She said for the next week, it did hurt to put pressure on that ear but it's fine...good luck!

i got it on my left.. honestly it didnt hurt it kinda hurt after the fact but not really only when you lean on it and sleep on it..but other then that NOthing!...lol.

No It does not hurt. But About 5mins later it starts to throb. Left.

ya i have mine pierced on my left side. it pretty much just felt like someone pinched my ear. after wards it will be a little tender though so i wouldn't advise touching it too much or sleeping on that side for awhile.
