Do you hear too many noise because of the planes, due Sydney's airport is near ( I mean in Brighton-le-sands)

  1. Brighton-le-sands is on the foreshore of Botany Bay. You can see the Airport South Runway. You can hear the noise if you are standing on the beach or the Grand Parade.

    Between the hours of 7am - 11pm  planes are allowed to take off and land. Outside of that, you won't hear a thing. This is due to the Sydney residents complaining of aircraft noise.

    If you are staying at the Novatel Hotel, you won't hear a thing as the rooms are nice and quiet. Good eateries and cafes there.

  3. Yes, that is unavoidable. Planes fly very low over this area as they land/take off nearby.

    I live around Bankstown and the planes still roar over our roof especially in the morning, despite our area being a bit further away from the airport.
