Do you hockey sectioners have any cool hobby you'd like to share?

Do you guys do anything like skydive or fly a plane, for a hobby?

My hobby would probably have to be photoshop.

Right now i'm working on coloring this picture. Looks like it's going to take me a year to finish, but it's the first time i've tried something like it...

I have many interests and hobbies. I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie. I ski, SCUBA, skydive, bungee jump, travel, ride motorcycles, but I also like to do some mundane things like work in the garden, tinker around the house, build and mess w/ computers, design websites etc.

Of course not having kids helps, but I still like Sponge Bob! LOL

Seriously-- restore classic cars-(currently a 1977 Trans Am), antique glassware collector and currently restoring/adding on to my house..  

No time for real fun stuff-- I'm like Ryan-- have a 3 and an 8 yr old..  So if watching hours of Sponge Bob and going to the park count, add them as well..

Nothing really! Like Kate I tutor this child... He has a kidney problem and I agreed to tutor him. He's about 9 and I help him with a bunch of stuff. I'd love to be a teacher one day! I also write poems sometimes. People say I am real great at writing poems!

It,s pretty cool that you do Photoshop. I  had to make a game cover for school. So I did Super Mario Galaxy 2. It was pretty cool!

Other than that nothing really!

=O Kate, you do the same thing I do! I hope to one day be a sports writer...preferebly a sports journalist...and I hope to write about hockey, and I also have tons of useless junk on hockey as well. lol

But, as for a hobby, like I above mentioned, and I also write countless amounts of poetry because I am usually bored and I collect hockey cards.

I also play hockey...do you consider that a hobby? lol

I wish!!! Im a housewife/stay at home mom....all I do other than this is cook clean and change diapers!!! LOL!   I used to write poetry, read and sing opera though...believe it or not!

When my soon to be 6 year old son gives me a chance, I enjoy scripophily, which involves collecting old stock and bond certificates, old mining tokens,etc.  I also collect military scrip and old currency, like Japanese Occupation money from WWII.  I have an Uncirculated 25 million Marks note from Germany from the 1920's, during their hyper-inflation period. It wasn't worth much back then. They just kept printing more and more money.  Actually not expensive hobbies to get started in.

But next year I will!!

Next year, I'm going to get into investing for a hobby!!!

I'll have money next year to pay the back property taxes on certain homes and properties of my choosing, which means that I will have a lien on the properties.

The owners of those properties will then have to pay me back with any monthly interest that grows overtime.

If they don't, I can go down to the county and foreclose on the property by getting the home title transferred to my name. Also get the police to server an eviction notice.

Once I own the property I will fix up anything on the house that needs repairs and turn are and sell the home for well over 100% of the profit.

I used to travel a lot, but I don't really have the money for that anymore...

I do a lot of work with people with disabilities, too, but that's more of a job than a hobby (though I contend it can be both).

Recently, I've been pretty busy... but I'm always working on becoming fluent in american sign language, meeting Deaf people and going to Deaf events around the city and such.  That's always fun.  I also try to keep up on my spanish and german (i love learning languages), but my german is becoming awful and my spanish isn't so hot right now either heh

I like to draw, do sculpture (only in school because I don't have any clay at home and I'm not that artsy to go buy it), read (sort of), watch movies, and play video games.  I think my biggest hobby is photography.  I have this thing for taking pictures of flowers (not Marc-Andre Fleury :-P ).  That's pretty much it.  Sadly nothing cool.

I like to draw- mainly with charcoal or oil pastel. Other than that, I'm not very interesting at all. I just started boondoggle the other day at work and am getting pretty good at it lmao. I guess that could be my hobby.

I write a lot, train and ride horses, and am taking a crash course in computers at work (as in, here's the computer programs, learn it and run it).   I'm also thinking about training my younger dog to run the agility course, just for fun.

Hobbies? What are those?

Nah........I actually really don't have any hobbies. I know I sound pretty lame. During the year I do more. I am still currently in High School and I do a lot of helping out with my favorite teacher I've ever had. Teaching younger high school students, and teaching little kids. So, I do a lot of tutoring and teaching about future jobs for little kids, and I enjoy doing that. But like I said that's onyl during the year.

I do a lot of writing. One day I hope to be a sports hockey writer or something, so I write a lot. I have notebooks full of useless junk and information.
