  1. You're required to inform the insurance company. I don't know what the dealer has to do with it.

  2. You inform your insurance company.

You also inform your lease company, who owns the car. Your dealer has nothing to do with the car lease now. The lease company may want to inspect the car after repairs have been made, before they sign off on the check from the insuance company. Make sure you get the repairs done by a professional shop who uses OEM parts, not junkyard parts.

  3. You should inform the dealer. They also tell their insurance company.

  4. Just inform your insurance company of the accident. The only reason you would need to inform the car dealer is if you are planning on getting the car fixed at the dealership.

  5. You should definitely let them know just for the sake of law problems.

If you don't continue paying and your lease is still up and your not telling them what happened they will probably think your just stealing from them.

I recommend asking your attorney about any law problems you might encounter.

for the sake of things be honest about it and usually you can come to an agreement
