Do you keep on going even though the frustration level is high?

  1. I always step back and take a deep breath.


  2. I like the teasing factor of taking a step back...oh , this was not sexual! oops.

  3. Keep on going.  The frustration level is usually higher where I've been which keeps me motivated.

  4. depends on the task. Sometimes I walk away and sometimes I swear and get through it.

  5. I am learning to step back and breathe in my lamaze class...and have found that it is really useful for everything else, not just labor pains.

  7. I just shove my way right through the middle. No looking back. No second guessing. Guess that's why I have had 4 accounts in the last year!  

  8. My problem is that I have a fairly high tolerence for it,

    so when I DO break....it's pretty darned devestating.

    I get thrown hard and it takes me awhile to regroup.
