I am considering making an application to work their. Is it worth doing so?

It's a very nice place, very classy and I think the staff looked like they were having fun when I was at a conference there. They are all smartly dressed and the pay shouldn't be too bad. Also it is on the ring road(I think it's called the outer one but not sure) so good for easy access to the city/Harrogate/Bradford etc
