  1. Do alot of punches and kicks in the water it slows you down alot.

  3. Go to South Africa on a shark-diving trip. Then let one of the sharks chase you!

  4. You sink your body all the way to your shoulders and start shadow boxing using your kicks and punches. It's also good to swim a lot which a lot of Muay Thai fighters in Thailand does for workout.

    The harder and faster you do it, more pressure and force from the water

  5. You can try standing in water up to your waist and then trying to do a kick as high as you can. You need speed for these kind of kicks so it will be tough on your muscles. Try bending your foot inwards so it will be the right shape to dagger out of the water.

  6. When I goo to the pool I like to practice my punches and kicks, it is even harder in the sea.

    I usually repeat each movement 50 times, it is d**n hard work Lol.

    Muhammad Ali used to practice his punches under water too!
